massage bed Mechanical & Electrical Component Maintenance

Mechanical parts (massage rollers, tracks) and electrical components (motors, control panels) are core structures; improper maintenance may lead to malfunctions.

  • Massage Rollers & Tracks: Dust and oil stains can accumulate on rollers and SL-type tracks over time, affecting movement smoothness. Every 3 months, use a soft brush to clean the track gaps, then apply a small amount of food-grade lubricating oil (avoid industrial lubricants) to the rollers and track rails. For models with jade rollers (e.g., JADE CS55K), wipe the rollers with a dry cloth after use to prevent mineral deposits from sweat.

  • Motor & Air Compressor: Ensure the bed is placed on a flat, stable surface to reduce motor vibration during operation. Avoid overloading the motor—do not let the bed run continuously for more than 1 hour (professional models can extend to 2 hours with intervals). Every 6 months, check the motor and air compressor (for air pressure therapy beds) for loose wires or abnormal noise; if there is a humming sound without movement, stop using it immediately and contact after-sales service.

  • Control System: Keep the remote control, APP connection module, and power cord dry. Wipe the remote control with a damp cloth occasionally, and avoid spilling liquids on the control panel. Unplug the power cord when the bed is not in use for a long time (more than 1 week) to prevent standby power consumption and electrical safety hazards.
